020 // My Thoughts on Rachel Hollis and Creating Intersectional Leadership

In this week's episode of The Creative's Corner™ Podcast, I’m giving you my thoughts on the Rachel Hollis media spotlight and why learning to be an Intersectional Leader is so important.

This podcast is from an IG Live I did a few days after the “incident” and I need some SPACE to process this. Rachel Hollis needs to do some work, this isn’t news, but what worries me about leaders like her is that large platform. It’s a privilege to have someone work for you to free up your time.

And plenty of people wake up early and work hard all day long but may not have the same amount of prosperity and abundance due to the level of privilege involved.

As a business owner you have to show up as an intersectional human. You have to show up for the people who show up for you. So let’s talk about action steps you can take to be a better leader in business, your home, and your community.

When this episode calls to you, I want to direct you to my workbook, Inclusive Strategies for your Coaching Business.
